You start at 10% of the monthly recurring subscription revenue from customers you refer. It rises to 15% with 5 to 9 active referred customers and to 20% with 10 or more.
The recurring subscription revenue we actually receive, excluding VAT and any discount, for as long as the customer keeps paying. It is not paid on one-off charges or refunded amounts.
A referral counts if the customer subscribes within 60 days of visiting through your affiliate link. The last affiliate link clicked wins.
